Near to the bustling Yachting harbour of Ottiolu and yet detached from its liveliness, this little villa stands in a beautiful position in lovely grounds with fruit trees. The charming little house is suitable for a small family of up to 4 people and offers something for everyone: Tranquillity and Relaxation on one hand and a wide range of amenities on the other: Ottiolou has yachting, beaches, sports, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife.
We would therefore recommend this villa to all those, who enjoy what Ottiolu has to offer but prefer accommodation in a countryside setting.
There is a new neighouring building to the left of the house, which shares the unpaved track, which leads to the villa.

Agrustos and Ottiolu are located at the north end of Budoni bay; over the last few years, they have developed into two lively villages offering a wide selection of amenities to holidaymakers, and attracting a mix of international visitors.
The beautiful 'Costa Smeralda'-style yachting harbour of Ottiolu is situated at the north end of Budoni Bay, between the child friendly sandy beach of Budoni on one side and the rocky shoreline on the other side.

The small harbour has definite Yachting flair and offers a range of amenities: There are sailing boats and motor yachts, moorings and accessories for hire, and those not interested in boats, can enjoy a stroll around the attractive harbour or just sit in one of the local restaurants and watch the world go by.
For visitors looking for nightlife, there are bars and discos that open in the evenings.
Further to this, there is a diving school in Ottiolu, which offers courses for beginners and advanced divers, and arranges diving excursions and equipment hire. There is also a Tennis Club, offering classes and individual lessons.
The beach at Ottiolu and Agrustus is gently shelving fine sand with a off-shore reef..
Ottiolu is the more cosmopolitan corner of Budoni, it has a lot of flair and all the style of the Costa Smeralda, - less the exorbitant prices.
