Loddui near Agrustus

This original Shepard's House is beautifully position above the Yachting marina of Ottiolu, peacefully set far away from the lively little harbour, and with pretty views to the sea. While the outside of the house has stayed the same, the inside has been pleasantly furnished in a practical and more contemporary Sardinian style.
This is a quiet setting and there are no amenities in Loddui itself however, a short drive takes you to nearby Agrustus for your shopping and to Ottiolu for restaurants, bars, or just a stroll.
A wide range of restaurants can be found in the area and the long sandy beach, the little coves and the rocky coastline are all only a short drive away.

"Loddui" is a quiet inconspicious village and has no shops or restaurants, however amenities can be found only a short drive away in Agrustos (approx. 2000m).

Agrustos / Ottiolu:
Location: East coast, approx. 30km south of Olbia (between San Teodoro and Budoni)
Car hire: Essential
Beach: Excellent sandy beach gently shelving, recommended for children, rocky coastline at northern end.

Agrustos and Ottiolu are located at the north end of Budoni bay; over the last few years, they have developed into two lively villages offering a wide selection of amenities to holidaymakers, and attracting a mix of international visitors.
The beautiful 'Costa Smeralda'-style yachting harbour of Ottiolu is situated at the north end of Budoni Bay, between the child friendly sandy beach of Budoni on one side and the rocky shoreline on the other side.

The small harbour has definite Yachting flair and offers a range of amenities: There are sailing boats and motor yachts, moorings and accessories for hire, and those not interested in boats, can enjoy a stroll around the attractive harbour or just sit in one of the local restaurants and watch the world go by.
For visitors looking for nightlife, there are bars and discos that open in the evenings.
Further to this, there is a diving school in Ottiolu, which offers courses for beginners and advanced divers, and arranges diving excursions and equipment hire. There is also a Tennis Club, offering classes and individual lessons.
The beach at Ottiolu and Agrustus is gently shelving fine sand with a off-shore reef..
Ottiolu is the more cosmopolitan corner of Budoni, it has a lot of flair and all the style of the Costa Smeralda, - less the exorbitant prices.
