191 Villa Rotonda
Detached villa comprising 2 apartments
Budoni Forest

This villa stands out due to its unusual architecture (it is completely round and has a large roof terrace) combined with the forest atmosphere and its vicinity to the sea.
It was built on shaded forest grounds which border onto the sea, and comprises 2 apartments, which are identical in ground plan.
The apartments are about 60sqm in size, with 2 bedrooms each and have the advantage of having a shower room as well as an additional separate WC.
The combination of a great location close to the beach and unusual architecture, at a surprisingly low price, make this a favourite with repeat clients. During the summer a small hotel, restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance are open in the 'Pineta' area.

Beach Photos Budoni Forest

Area Budoni Forest: Approximately 500m south of Baia S'Anna is the second sandy bay of Budoni, well hidden by a dense protective belt of pine forest and therefore less well known. The 'Pinetina', as this area is known as, has some shops and hotels, which usually open from June onwards with a variety of amenities from Tennis to Disco and restaurants, which are open to everyone.
This bay is very attractive not only because of the forest, the beach itself is less shallow shelving than the main beach of Budoni and the underwater fauna and flora, with its sea grass fields and rock caves is especially attractive for snorkelling. At the end of the bay is a wild romantic hill with historic importance (rumour has it a Roman settlement is about to be uncovered in the area around it), which is also the boundary of the county 'Budoni'. This is where the fertile Posada plain starts, famous for its imposing castle, which can be found perched on a hill right in the centre of it
