These very pretty and spacious apartments are situated next door to Baia Residence (Ref:189) and belong to the same owner.The interiors have been designed to a high standard and the apartments are furnished in attractive pastel colours and laid out over 2 levels with a few steps between the living/kitchen area and bedroom(s). They are arranged in a terrace with patios and little garden areas at the front, and small private inner courtyards, ideal for drying wet beach gear.
Set about 5 min drive from the bustling town of Budoni, these apartments are very popular with families looking for a holiday near the sea but with the added bonus of a beautiful large swimming pool. Guests are welcome to use the beautiful large pool about 100m away at Villa Baia Ref:188/1-4, shared with guest staying at apartments 187/1-3, 181/5-9 and 188/1-4.
There
are rocky bays and 2 sandy
beaches, which can easily be reached on foot.
A tennis
court can further be found a 10 min walk away in Baia Sant'Anna.
The village of Tanaunella (~3 min drive away), has some excellent restaurants,
a pizza bar, a couple of cafes, 2 supermarkets and a pharmacy. Those who
don't mind the walk, can reach two of Tanaunella's restaurants on foot
(~20-25min) and during the summer months, guests are welcome to use the
pool bar and restaurant at a nearby apartment hotel, ~ 5min walk away.
More amenities and some of the most fabulous sandy beaches can be found
in Budoni, Posada/San Giovanni and La Caletta (~7min, ~10min and ~15 min
drive away).

be found in Budoni (~ 7 min drive), which has also a wide choice
of restaurants from 'simple' to 'gourmet', cafes, bars, etc.
Shopping: All year round good selection of shops in Budoni and
surrounding.
