The pretty, terraced houses, which are split into charming apartments, are perched on top of a hill right above the sea, with the most fabulous panoramic views over the sea, Tavolare Peninsula, the bay of Budoni, and over the plain to the village of Tanaunella and the mountains beyond. The apartments have been lovingly designed and offer a variety of accommodation types and sizes. Due to the hillside position, the one-bedroom apartments, maisonettes and studios are arranged on two levels above each other as to speak, and yet the entrances to the apartments are all on the 'ground' floor. The smaller apartments and the studios are arranged on the upper level and have patios and entrances facing East and balconies (off the bedrooms) facing West. The west facing apartments on the lower level are arranged in maisonette style, the smaller ones are suitable for up to 4, the larger ones for up to 6 people, with a sleeping gallery or bedroom above the living area. The larger maisonettes except No 9, have an additional WC on the upper floor. The apartments differ in layout, views and size, however they all are very attractively furnished. They have a living room with kitchenette, TV, patio and garden area, and views of the village of Tanaunella and the mountains and/or the sea. No 188 Pool Villa: In addition to Baia Residence, there are 2 two-bedroom apartments (188/8 and 188/9), situated in a detached villa with panorama roof terrace next to the pool. The apartments can be hired separately or they can be interconnected to form one large villa for a party of 8-11 people. The apartments are equally attractively furnished as the rest of Baia Residence and come with mod cons such as a washing machine, dishwasher, TV and private patios with BBQs. All apartments within the grounds have the use of the pool and from a panorama point on top of the hill one can enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets above the Sardinian mountains and the sea. There is Parking and a Laundry room with 3 shared washing machines and a 'taverna', which can be used for private celebrations. (Please arrange in advance). A tennis court can be found nearby in Baia Sant'Anna. A restaurant and a mini-market are due to open in the area in the near future and in high season, guests are welcome to use the pool bar and restaurant at a nearby apartment hotel, which can be easily reached on foot. (Please reserve a table the day before) The caretaker Ottavio looks after the grounds and the pool meticulously; he speaks only a little English but he will be happy to assist wherever he can.

Restaurants and groceries: In the nearby village of Tanaunella (~ 5min drive): good selection of restaurants/pizzeria, 2 supermarkets, cafes, pharmacy. Other amenities (bank, post office, petrol station, shops, playground, open air cinema*, street markets*, etc.) can be found in Budoni (~ 7 min drive), which has also a wide choice of restaurants from 'simple' to 'gourmet', cafes, bars, etc.
Shopping: All year round good selection of shops in Budoni and surrounding.
Medical service: Doctor and Dentist in Budoni, Specialists approx. 10 min drive, hospital: approx. 40 min drive
Activities in the area: Snorkeling, Scuba diving, horse riding, windsurfing, pedalos and boat hire, kite surfing, excursions.
