This part of a very attractive cluster of bright white and pastel coloured houses, which is known as Baia Residence, was built by an energetic Roman with a vision, who has set new aesthetic standards for the area. The pretty terraced houses, which are split into charming apartments, are perched on top of a hill right above the sea, with the most fabulous panoramic views over the bay of Budoni and Tavolare Peninsula as well as over the plain to the village of Tanaunella and the mountains beyond. The apartments have been lovingly designed and offer a variety of accommodation types and sizes.

Due to the hillside position, the one-bedroom apartments, maisonettes and studios are arranged on two levels above each other as to speak, and yet the entrances to the apartments are all on the 'ground' floorvia the patios. The smaller apartments and the studios are arranged on the higher level and have patios facing East as well as balconies (off the bedrooms) facing West.

The west facing apartments on the lower level are arranged in maisonette style; the smaller ones have double sleeping galleries and are suitable for up to 4 people (ideally 2 adults and 2 children), the larger maisonettes are suitable for 5 to 6 people, with a large bedroom or sleeping gallery above the living area.

The larger maisonettes (except No 9), have an additional WC on the upper floor.
All of them have a living room with kitchenette, TV, patio and garden area, and views of the village of Tanaunella and the mountains and/or the sea.
The apartments differ slightly in layout, colour schemes and size, however they are all very attractively furnished and have lovely patios and garden areas, the majority of which have sea views or side sea views.

No 188 Pool Villa:

In addition to Baia Residence, there are 2 two-bedroom apartments (188/8 and 188/9), situated in a detached villa with panorama roof terrace next to the pool. The apartments can be hired separately or they can be interconnected to form one large villa for a party of 8-11 people. The apartments are equally attractively furnished as the rest of Baia Residence and come with mod cons such as a washing machine, dishwasher, TV and private patios with BBQs.

All apartments within the grounds have the use of the wonderful panorama pool and there are sea views from almost everywhere within the grounds and from the panorama point on top of the hill, one can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets above the Sardinian mountains.

There are 2 Parking areas and plenty of parking space along the little lane, a Laundry room with 3 shared washing machines and a large 'taverna', which can be used for private celebrations. (N.B. Please arrange this in advance).
A tennis court can be found nearby in Baia Sant'Anna ~ 10 min walk away and there is a tiny ice cream shop/cafe next to the tennis court. (N.B.Opening hours vary).
A restaurant and a mini-market are due to open in the area in the near future and in high season, guests are welcome to use the pool bar and restaurant at a nearby hotel, which can be easily reached on foot. (Please reserve a table).

The caretaker Ottavio looks after the grounds and the pool meticulously; he speaks only a little English but he will be happy to assist wherever he can.
