area of Baia Sant'Anna, in the plain between Baia Residence (189)
and Tanaunella. It is surrounded by lawn and has wonderful views from
the upper patios over the pool, the neighbouring fields with fruit and
pine trees and to the sea beyond.
The intricate architecture, which means that each patio is facing in a
slightly different direction, will appeal to those looking for a little
more privacy, and the stunning sea views and attractive interiors, (with
TV, washing machine, dish washer and an additional shower room ensuite
to the master bedroom) add to the appeal of the property.
Set away from bustling Budoni, these apartments are very popular with
families wanting a quieter holiday near the sea and for all those those
who enjoy swimming, snorkelling, fishing and walking or just relaxing
at the pool or beach.
Guests
can use the beautiful large pool, (shared with guest staying at apartments
187/1-3, 181/1&2, 181/5-9 and 189/30-35) and a rocky bay and a sandy
beach can easily be reached on foot. A tennis
court can further be found a 10 min walk away in Baia Sant'Anna.
The village of Tanaunella (~5 min drive away), has some excellent restaurants,
a pizza bar, a couple of cafes, 2 supermarkets and a pharmacy. Those who
don't mind the walk, can reach two of Tanaunella's restaurants on foot
(~20-25min) and during the summer months, guests are welcome to use the
pool bar and restaurant at a nearby apartment hotel, ~ 5min walk away.
More amenities and some of the most fabulous sandy beaches can be found
in Budoni, Posada/San Giovanni and La Caletta (~7min, ~10min and ~15 min
drive away).

of restaurants from 'simple' to 'gourmet', cafes, bars, etc.
