This is a delightful property in an outstanding panoramic setting, ideal for those looking for something 'a little special'.

Perched high on the hillside overlooking the beautiful bay and the pretty villas of Baia Sant'Anna, this property, with its generous terraces and stunning sea views, attractive interiors and comfortable furnishing, has become a favourite with our guests.

The intricate architecture means the apartments are well seperated from each other and due to the hillside position, the bedrooms are cleverly arranged on the 'basement' level and below the living/dining areas, which have large french doors out to the terraces and little garden areas overlooking the bay. The kitchens are well equipped with full cookers and there are large built in BBQs on the patios.

Last but not least, guests at these apartments are welcome to use the wonderful large pool at property 188/1-4, only about 120m away and there is a tennis court (and small refreshment kiosk) in Baia Sant'Anna itself.

The village of Tanaunella (~5 min drive away), has some excellent restaurants, cafes, 2 supermarkets and a pharmacy and guests are welcome to use the restaurant at a nearby apartment hotel, which can be reached on foot (summer months only).
More amenities and sandy beaches can be found in Budoni and Posada.

Baia Sant´Anna - The village Costa-Smeralda–Style
The attractive little village of Baia Sant'Anna is situated along a small stretch of sandy beach, between the two large bays of Budoni. The village was built in an examplary architectural style, with pretty single storey houses and landscaped gardens melting into the beautiful scenery,- a great example of typically mediterreanean elegance. Apart from a little kiosk/cafe at the tennis court, there are no shops or bars in the village of Baia Sant'Anna itself, but a restaurant and pool bar can be found ~ 10 min walk away at a nearby hotel and a good selection of amenities can be found in the picturesque village of Tanaunella, only about 1500m (~5 min drive) away.
The coastline in the area of Baia Sant'Anna is varied, rocky in most areas, but with approx. 300m of beautiful sandy beach in between and therefore an ideal spot for beach lovers and snorkel fans alike. Those, who appreciate a beautiful, peaceful setting and pretty scenery will like this village, with its 'Roman-style' lanes and attractive gardens. Due to its tennis court, this property is also popular with those, who like to keep in form during their holiday.
