No 186: This detached villa is called Florentina,
after its owner, a famous manufacturer from Florence, who entrusted us
with this, - his private holiday villa. The single storey family house
is situated on a slope above Baia S'Anna, surrounded by gardens with open
and covered stone built terraces on different levels, framed by exotic
plants, climbers and trees.
From the kitchen, one reaches a large sheltered terrace, which is ideal
for breakfast, and the barbeque area. Off the living room, there is another
sizeable patio area with great views over the village and to the sea and
an attractively laid out herb garden with lovely fruit trees and vine.
The villa has several entrances and two shower rooms and is therefore
well suited for two families, who like to holiday together but appreciate
this little extra privacy.
No 186/1 is almost identical in ground plan
but has recently been updated. The villa has beautiful views over the
countryside (here and thereone can also get a glimpse of sea), and the
villa is only about 150m from the beach in a lovely position and has a
large lawn area. (Ideal for families with children)

The attractive little village of Baia Sant'Anna is situated along a small stretch of sandy beach, between the two large bays of Budoni. The village was built in an examplary architectural style, with pretty single storey houses and landscaped gardens melting into the beautiful scenery,- a great example of typically mediterreanean elegance.There are no shops or bars in the village of Baia Sant'Anna itself, but only about 1000m away in the picturesque village of Tanaunella one can find a good selection of amenities.
The coastline in the area of Baia Sant'Anna is varied, rocky in most areas, but with approx. 300m of beautiful sandy beach in between and therefore an ideal spot for beach lovers and snorkel fans alike. Those, who appreciate a beautiful, peaceful setting and pretty scenery will like this village, with its 'Roman-style' lanes and attractive gardens.
Due to its tennis court with floodlight this property is also popular with those, who like to keep in form during their holiday.
