The owner of this slightly older property, which is
perched on the hillside opposite the village of Tanaunella, has cleverly
positioned the apartments to guarantee sea views from all patios; he has
also arranged that his guests can use a wonderful large
pool at property 188/1-4, only about 100m away. Those who prefer to
swim in the sea on the other hand, can reach a sandy beach only about
500m away, while snorkel fans and those who like fishing, will find some
great rocky coves even closer by.
The 3-bedroom apartments No 5 and No 6 are very simple yet spacious and airy and have been practically furnished with full cookers and washing machines. There is ample space on the patios for al fresco dining and watching the sunset and small lawn areas for sunbathing. Both apartments are very similar in size and furnishing and situated on the first floor; they are ideal for larger families or a group of friends sharing.
The one-bedroom apartments 8 and 9 are homely and private and have the benefit of two private sea view balconies (one off the living area and one off the double bedroom) as well as a patio and small communal garden area.The furnishing is simple but pleasant and the sea views, use of pool and excellent price, have made these apartments popular with couples and small families.
The
village of Tanaunella (~5 min drive away), has some excellent restaurants,
cafes, 2 supermarkets and a pharmacy and in high season, guests are welcome
to use the pool bar and restaurant at a nearby apartment hotel, which
can be reached on foot. More amenities and fabulous sandy beaches can
be found in Budoni and Posada only ~ 7 min and ~ 10 min drive away.
