164/2 has its own garden area with barbecue and outdoor shower, designed with privacy in mind. 
No 164/1 offers high standard accommodation on 3 levels, with a cosy den with comfortable seating and fire place on the lowest level, on the next level an open plan kitchen dining area with breakfast bar, massive wooden dining table and fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with everything from from coffee maker to dishwasher and has almost 8 m of granite work surfaces. Finally on the upper level one reaches the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms.
