Along from House No 112  , in the 'old centre' of Luttuni you will find the two rather inconspicuous looking houses No 113/1 and No 113/2, which in addition to their nice village setting, appeal due to their pleasant interiors, generous room layouts and impeccable cleanliness. The welcoming owners as well as the almost completely fenced in outdoor play areas patios, make these two houses a popular choice with our guests and ideal for extended families or groups of friends.

No113/4 is a detached single storey family house set on its own in an outstanding position, between Luttuni and Budoni, affording panoramic views over the bay of Budoni and the countryside. This is a very convenient location, not far from shops and restaurants in Budoni and only approx. 1300m from the beach.

No 113/5 is situated about 3km further North in the little village of Maiorca, perched on the hillside and therefore offering beautiful views of the sea.

The village:Luttuni was a sleepy almost deserted shepherds' hamlet in the mountains until recently, when it was woken from its sleeping beauty slumber.It has kept much of its shepherd's charm and appeals due to its fabulous setting with wonderful views of the sea. Arriving In Luttuni seems like having travelled back in time and yet the lively Budoni is a mere 1 km away.
