This Country House may not be the most attractive building on the outside, however, it is great value for money. Situated in Limpiddu, at the edge of Budoni, it offers far reaching views over the neighbourhood, Budoni bay and to the sea. The nicest of the 3 apartments is the 3-bedroom flat on the first floor (106p), which the owner uses from time to time as a holiday home. It has an enormous (approx. 60 sqm) terrace with a large barbecue, where guests can sunbathe without being overlooked can and enjoy 'al fresco' dining. The apartment is generously proportioned with spacious rooms and high standard furnishing; it has central heating and can also be let during the winter months. With its 2 shower rooms, we consider this apartment particularly well suited for extended families.  
The two 2-bedroom apartments (106a and 106b) are situated on the ground floor. They are simply yet practically furnished and offer good value accommodation.
The village of Limpiddu has a few shops and a street cafe, where the local footballers meet to watch the Italian cup via Satellite TV. It appeals due to its rural charm and its especially friendly locals.
