This villa is situated more or less on its own amid Mediterranean shrub land, on a hillside overlooking the bay of Posada, the old castle and the sea beyond. This is an ideal property for people, who like a quiet location with a good view, and who wish to spend their holidays away from the tourist track.
This house has a remarkable advantage, the nearest beach, at the north end of the Posada bay, is practically only known to the locals. Further to this, we can only hope that during your stay you will get a chance to meet the "picture book landlord" of this property , who from time to time uses the ground floor apartment as his holiday home.
We are confident that you will feel immediately at home in the 3 bedroom upper floor apartment, which is due to the hillside location partially "ground floor". The apartment is well furnished and has a wonderful terrace and a great barbecue area.
N.B.: The house is approached via 20 steps from the parking area.
