This house benefits from a great location, off the beaten track and yet close to amenities, with the hillside position allowing for amazing views over the bay to the sea.

This is a former shepherd's house, which has been extended, suitably furnished and fitted with a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is a small garden with fruit trees and a large terrace, built in traditional style, affording wonderful panoramic views.
Budoni nearby, offers a good choice of restaurants, shops etc., and 'last not least' the fantastic Budoni beach, which is great for adults and little ones alike. The small garden is fully fenced in and in spite of its position predominantly flat.
