When the owner bought this approx. 200 years old house in 1976, he did not suspect that he would be laying the foundation-stone of this holiday programme. The renovation work took several years and the result were 2 attached houses, built back to back and separated by a 70 cm stone wall. In 1999 the Western part (100/2) was restored, the Eastern part (No 100/1) had already been finished few years earlier.
Both units are comfortably furnished with mod cons such as dishwasher, washing machine and TV (local stations). The main attraction of No 100/1 is a covered terrace, from where you can admire the sea views already at breakfast. In addition to this, there is a patio with barbecue and a small, sheltered garden. No 100/2 is somewhat smaller, but not less comfortable, and has the benefit of 2 shower rooms. The main attraction of No100/2 is however the sheltered terrace on the ground floor, a romantic hideaway with pretty arcades and climbing plants, a small rock garden with citrus and apricot trees and an imposing barbecue. Further to this, on the upper floor there is an enormous balcony, which is not overlooked and allows for unrestricted sunbathing.
Location: S´Iscala is a unpretentious little village in the countryside close to Budoni.
